DECK PRIVACY
Privacy is an important consideration for any yard, but when you plan on spending more time outdoors on your new deck it becomes even more important. There are a few ways that you can secure the privacy of your family as you spend time outdoors.
Natural Privacy
Take advantage of a naturally secluded yard by building your deck right into the landscape. Keep in mind that a deck built under trees becomes the landing spot for fallen leaves, twigs, nuts, berries, and occasional bird droppings – which will require more work to keep clean. Simple care and cleaning will keep your deck looking great for years to come.
Fencing
Adding a privacy fence around your property is a perfect way to utilize your yard and make your area completely private. CFC provides two types of privacy fences: cedar and Trex. Cedar privacy fences provide a versatile way to match your fence to your wood decking color. However, like a wood deck, the material need maintenance to stay looking good. Trex fencing comes in three different colors: Woodland Brown, Saddle, and Winchester Grey (note that these are the same colors as Trex Accents). CFC has installed miles of fencing. We know the product and can help you plan and install your fence. Talk to our estimators for more information about fencing and see our fencing gallery for more information.
